Kaylee Kissinger serves as the Club Director for FCA Volleyball, bringing broad coaching experience, leadership roles within club volleyball, and time spent directing youth development at a previous organization.
She has been immersed in the sport from a young age—starting volleyball at seven, growing up in the gym with her parents who coached, and later competing as a defensive specialist at Colorado Christian University's NCAA Division II program.
Kaylee coaches because God has given her a deep passion for ministering to young girls and guiding them through the growth, challenges, and character development that competitive volleyball brings. She is a student of the game, continually learning from high‑level coaches and seeking new ways to sharpen her craft.
Her coaching style emphasizes strong technique, intentional feedback, and high standards of excellence—always grounded in genuine care for her athletes. Outside the gym, Kaylee and her husband love playing in grass volleyball tournaments, keeping the joy of the game a priority and reminding her that she has the best job in the world.
