Football Team Staff

(1) Head Coach (age 21+), (4) Assistant Coaches (age 18+)
(1) Coach-Trainee (student, age 16-17)
(1) Equipment Manager, (1) Trainer,
(1) Business manager, (1) Team Parent (age 18+)

Will need to complete the following

1. Live Scan WCCPW Form
2. Mandated Reporter Training (Sports & Recreation Volunteers)
3. Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED In Person Class prior to the start of practice.
   (No ONLINE Class. CPR Card must have a QR Code on it or it will not be accepted)
   
4. USA Football USA Football Club Code (SDUAA)
   

Cheer Team Staff

(1) Head Coach (age 21+)
