CANCELLED PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

Missed Payments — If scheduled payments are not made on time, a $25 late fee will be added to each missed payment.

Payment Requirements — If scheduled payments are not made on time, all previously applied discounts will be removed.

Cancellation of Plan — If the payment plan is cancelled due to missed payments, the remaining balance of FULL REGISTRATION becomes immediately due.

Five‑Day Deadline — I agree to submit full payment within 5 business days of cancellation.

Team Placement Risk — I understand that failure to pay within this timeframe may result in my child losing their spot on the team.
