TEAM SNACK BAR USAGE POLICY

1. ALL Team Snack bar usage must be approved by the League’s Concession Coordinator.
2. The Concession Coordinator will keep a calendar to ensure no conflict of usage.
3. The following equipment is not authorized for use Deep Fryer and Grills(gas/electric)
4. Teams will not have usage of the refrigerator or freezer (So please plan accordingly when using the snack bar).
5. At NO time will teams be allowed usage of  the SDUAA/SD Bolts Snack Bar supplies (including but NOT limited to: food/drink supplies, cups, boats, etc.)
6. Teams ARE allowed to use the following equipment: hot dog roller, food warmer, microwave, ice machine, coolers, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies.
7. Any Snack Bar equipment used by the team must be cleaned and put away at the end of each usage. This includes dishes, cooking utensils, etc. 
8. Teams will be given access to the snack bar 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time and must exit the snack bar no later than 30 minutes after practices ends. 
9. Teams are to take all their supplies at the end of each snack bar use (NO EXCEPTIONS).
10. Teams are required to keep the area surrounding the Snack bar clean. This includes the snack bar countertops and floors are required to be cleaned after usage. Pick up all trash surrounding the snack bar.
11. All trash must be taken to the dumpster (located in the back parking lot). 
12. All teams must use the snack bar square register and ONLY take cash or card payments. (No personal or team Venmo, CashApp, Applepay or Zelle allowed). All teams must have their own  petty cash/change funds as needed for all snack bar or fundraiser usage. 
    
13. Failure to follow the above rules stated will result in loss of the teams’ eligibility to use the snack bar for the rest of the current season.
