League Documents Overview

This page provides access to the official East Side Little League documents that govern league operations, promote transparency, and ensure accountability across all levels of leadership and participation. These documents define how the league functions, the expectations for directors and parents, and the records of official board actions.

Included Documents:

• ESLL League Constitution - Establishes the foundational structure, policies, and operating procedures that guide the league’s mission, governance, and membership.

• Appendix I – Roles and Duties of Division Directors - Outlines the specific responsibilities of Division Directors in managing player divisions, coordinating team operations, and supporting seasonal play.

• Appendix II – Roles and Duties of League Directors - Defines the duties of League Directors who oversee essential areas such as safety, facilities, fundraising, equipment, and communications.

• Parent Code of Conduct - Provides the behavioral expectations for parents and guardians to foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all players and volunteers.

• Board of Director Meeting Agendas & Minutes - Maintains an official record of league meetings, including topics discussed, decisions made, and actions approved by the Board of Directors.

East Side Little League holds two board meetings per month. During the 2nd week of the month, a General Membership Meeting will be held that any ESLL member in good standing is welcome to attend. Please refer to the calendar to confirm meeting dates and times.  All meetings are held at:
