Brad Teaver and his family have proudly called Fort Mill home for over a decade, building strong ties within the community through youth sports and local business. As the owner of Next Level Kidz, he has spent years working directly with young athletes through after-school and summer programming, helping them grow both on and off the field. Professionally, he serves as a Director at Kyriba, where he helps organizations improve financial visibility, streamline operations, and build stronger systems.

As one of the founding members of the Carolina Copperheads, Brad played a key role in bringing the program to life. Recognizing the need for a local tackle football option, he stepped forward to help create something that didn't previously exist in the Fort Mill community. Taking on a board role as Treasurer was a natural extension of that commitment, focused on building a strong foundation and ensuring the program is structured for long-term success.

Behind the scenes, Brad helps manage the organization's financial health while contributing to the many operational pieces that keep the program running. From coordinating resources and supporting planning efforts to helping ensure sustainability, much of the work happens outside of practices and game days. It's a year-round effort that relies on a dedicated group of volunteers working together to create a positive experience for every player and family.

For Brad, the program's value extends far beyond football. He believes the game is a vehicle for teaching discipline, resilience, accountability, and confidence; lessons that carry into school, relationships, and life beyond the field. Being part of a team, learning how to overcome challenges, and pushing through adversity are experiences that shape who these kids become.

He is especially proud of helping build the program from the ground up and seeing it grow into a thriving organization serving more than 150 athletes each year. Looking ahead, Brad is excited about the future as Copperheads players begin advancing into high school and beyond. With a strong foundation, growing community support, and a clear vision for development and culture, he believes the program is positioned to continue making a lasting impact.
