Arbutus Little League Baseball has served the community since 1953.  Our programs are for boys and girls of ages 4-16 years old. Our fields are at Arbutus Middle School (5525 Shelbourne Road).  We are a proud member of Maryland District 4 of Little League Baseball of Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Note that Little League age is actual age on August 31, 2024

We have the following divisions:
- T-Ball - ages 4 to 6 
- Machine/Coach Pitch - ages 6 to 8
- Minors - ages 8 to 10
- Majors - ages 10 to 12
- Intermediate - ages 11 to 13 
- Juniors - ages 13 to 14
- Seniors- ages 15 to 16
- Challenger - ages 5 to young adult

You can check the Little League Age Chart to determine your child's division. 

Note that some of our teams may occasionally play against the teams of other leagues in Maryland District 4 such as South Baltimore Little League (Locust Point, Baltimore), Laurel LL and South Maryland LL (Davidsonville, MD).

The Spring games are from early April to mid June. The regular spring season generally ends around the same time as Baltimore County Schools finish for their year. All Star tournaments may run through July.  Fall Ball runs from late August to early November.

Volunteers are NEEDED !!
- We need a head coach/manager and 2-3 assistant coaches per team.
- We hold FREE Coaches Clinic prior to the beginning of practices and games.
- The Coaches Corner page has instructions and drills for pitching, batting and fielding and local batting cages.
- The Tips for Parents and Players page has information on getting the right bat, helmet, glove, and catcher's gear.
