When are the Spring and Fall seasons?
Spring Season:
- Registration is from December 1 to March 1.
- Games mid-April to mid-June.
- Games twice a week
- Skills evaluations are in early March for Machine Pitch, Minor, Major, Junior, and Senior division players.
- Players are selected in a draft.
- Schedules distributed in late March.
- Practices begin in late March/early April.
Fall Ball Season
- Registration early July through early August.
- Games late August to early November.
- Games twice a week - Wednesday evenings (starting at 6pm) and Sunday morning/afternoon
- No skills evaluations.
- Players are selected in a draft.
- Practices at coach's discretion.
How much is the registration fee?
- Spring Baseball - $100 per child
- Fall Ball - $65 per child
- The registration fee covers team shirt, pants, socks, belts, baseball hats, helmets, umpires, fees to Little League International, field permits, field maintenance, end-of-season trophies, opening day ceremonies, and liability insurance.

Do you have a Waiting List? When registration has closed, your request will be placed on the Waiting List (first come-first served). When a spot opens on a team, you will be notified.
Can I get a refund if my child decides to not play? Requests for refunds should be emailed to [email protected]. As a rule, refunds are not offered once the uniforms have been ordered, which is the day after the teams are drafted (March for Spring season, August for Fall Ball).
How and when do we pick-up our uniform? Uniforms will be distributed to each team just prior to the start of games. We will keep you posted.

My daughter wants to play baseball. Do you have girls participating in your program? Yes !!! We are a co-ed program.
Do you offer Softball? Softball is provided by Arbutus Girls Athletic Association (AGAA).
We requested a coach/teammate during registration. Will organizers take this information into consideration? In the T-Ball division, organizers make every effort to honor teammate and coach requests. In the other divisions, such requests cannot be guaranteed. The teams are selected in a draft where the talent is distributed across the teams.

What equipment is provided? What do I need to buy?
- The registration fee covers team uniform, belt, baseball hat, helmet, umpires, and field maintenance.
- Players must bring their own glove.

Is there player training I can do before and during the season? Tips for Parents and Players webpage has info on developing drills at home, plus the location of batting cages.
Can my child "move-up" to another division? Yes. Please note that moving up means your child will be with older children who are in different emotional and physical stages of life.
How are teams formed?
- Every player that registers is drafted to a team in their division. For the Spring season, the draft takes place the week after the player evaluations. For Fall Ball, the teams are drafted the week after registration closes.
- You can request siblings to be placed on the same team if they are in the same division
- We cannot promise friends will be placed on the same team.
- After the teams are drafted, your coach will contact you.
Who are the coaches for the teams?
- Parents and members of our community. We are always looking for volunteers.
- Each team needs a head coach, 2-3 assistant coaches, and a scorekeeper. All volunteers go through a background check.

How does our league communicate? Our league uses the Sports Connect App to keep our schedule organized and to communicate. Please download this app once you've registered on-line. When your child is assigned to a team you will have access to their schedule as well as coaches and team mates contact info.
