Do you have a Waiting List? When registration has closed, your request will be placed on the Waiting List (first come-first served). When a spot opens on a team, you will be notified.

Can I get a refund if my child decides to not play?
Requests for refunds should be emailed to [email protected]. As a rule, refunds are not offered once the uniforms have been ordered, which is the day after the teams are drafted (March for Spring season, August for Fall Ball).

How and when do we pick-up our uniform?
Uniforms will be distributed to each team just prior to the start of games. We will keep you posted.

How do I register? On-line on our Registration page.

Which age division is appropriate for my child? Click on Division for more information.

My daughter wants to play baseball. Do you have girls participating in your program? Yes !!! We are a co-ed program.

Do you offer Softball? Softball is provided by Arbutus Girls Athletic Association (AGAA).

We requested a coach/teammate during registration. Will organizers take this information into consideration? In the T-Ball division, organizers make every effort to honor teammate and coach requests. In the other divisions, such requests cannot be guaranteed.  The teams are selected in a draft where the talent is distributed across the teams.

Can my child "move-up" to another division? Yes. Please note that moving up means your child will be with older children who are in different emotional and physical stages of life.

How are teams formed?

  • Every player that registers is drafted to a team in their division. For the Spring season, the draft takes place the week after the player evaluations. Fir Fall Ball, the teams are drafted the week after registration closes.

Who are the coaches for the teams?

  • Coaching Training - Videos and articles are on our Coaches Corner webpage; Coaches Clinic every March that teach the fundamentals of throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, and drills.
