U9 Jamboree - Sep. 6th Schedule

All of our third grade boys and girls teams will play in a Jamboree this Saturday (9/6), which is part of their fall schedule. The Jamboree is used to help teams moving from U8 to U9 get used to playing with a referee, substitutions, a bigger field and having a goalkeeper. It is also part of our referee training program. All teams will play two games usually with a 25-minute break between. Schedule and game locations can be found on the spreadsheet. The remainder of your fall schedule can be found here

Jewelry Policy

Due to FIFA restrictions and our commitment to player safety, earrings are strictly prohibited during games. Our referees will not permit any players to participate in games while wearing jewelry of any kind. The only exception is for medical bracelets. You can find more information on player equipment safety here

Respect the Ref

US Youth Soccer and PYSA are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment for all. To protect referees, updates to the Referee Abuse Policies have been made with clear consequences for inappropriate behavior. All coaches and players must be aware of the changes to avoid suspension or being banned from the game. We also encourage parents to learn the rules to best support players and coaches covered by the policy.
