The backbone of any organization is its data and organization of that data. Behind this data is always the great people who manage and collect it. Within PYSA it is the Club Registrar who is the centerpiece of how we as an association work. Below is a link for all registrars to use as a reference and guide to all registration policies and procedures within PYSA.

Fall 2025

Team Registration Deadline: August 6th, 2025 (Now Closed)

Fall 2025 Play Dates:

• Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27 & Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25
  
• U10-14 teams play 7 games
• U9 teams play in 6 games. The U9 Jamboree on September 6th counts as one of those games.
  

PYSA Fall Shootout Tournament: November 1st & November 8th, 2025 (seperate registration required)

Spring 2026

Team Registration Deadline: March 2, 2025 (Registration Coming this Winter)

Spring 2026 Play Dates:

• April 4, 11, 18, 25 & May 2, 9, 16 (this date is as needed based on number of teams registered)
• Teams play 6 games and no practice fields are given.
