The backbone of any organization is its data and organization of that data. Behind this data is always the great people who manage and collect it. Within PYSA it is the Club Registrar who is the centerpiece of how we as an association work

Below is a link for all registrars to use as a reference and guide to all registration policies and procedures within PYSA.

All new club registrars should schedule a zoom meeting with Tim Copeland before they set up their first registration event for PYSA.

Fall League Details
Team registration deadline is on August 14th, 2023.

Fall 2023 Play Dates:

• September 9, 16, 23, 30 October 7, 14, 21, 28
• U9 Jamboree September 9th
• Team Registration Deadline August 14th
• Teams play 7 games(U9 teams play in the jamboree and that counts as one of their 6 games)

Spring 2024 play dates:

• April 6, 13, 20, 27 May 4, 11, 18(this date is as needed based on number of teams registered)
• Teams play 6 games and no practice fields are given.

Team registration deadline is on March 4th.
