2026 North Buffalo House Clinics - baseball and softball

We’re excited to partner with 3&2 to offer our First Annual House Training Program! This 6-session program is available for players in the T-Ball through Majors divisions and is open to both baseball and softball players.

Each week will feature a different lesson plan led by instructors from 3&2, with support from our House Coaches. The program is designed to help players develop fundamental skills in a fun, structured environment.

Please review the schedule, program format, and cost information below. If you have any questions, please contact Ron Pilat at 716-907-1387.

Schedule
Each week, the same lesson plan will be offered on both Monday and Tuesday.
Players may attend one session per week (either Monday or Tuesday), not both. You are welcome to switch between days from week to week, giving families more flexibility. This format allows players to continue attending their regular league games without missing a week of instruction.

Each week will focus on a specific skill within the game.
Players will begin with a group warm-up, then rotate through three skill stations. Each station will feature a variation of drills that reinforce the skill of the week. All drills will be age-appropriate and adjusted by division.
Example – Infielding (Majors Division):
  • Station 1: Glove Work
  • Players work on their knees across from a partner, focusing on receiving and working through the ball.
  • Station 2: Circle the Ball
  • Players field ground balls while practicing proper footwork to approach and circle the ball.
  • Station 3: Follow Your Throw
  • Players field a ground ball, focusing on direction, throwing mechanics, and following through toward their target.
full weekly itinerary will be sent to all registered players in early May.

In addition, we are encouraging existing coaches to volunteer to assist. It will be a great way to learn new practice techniques and/or drills for your players and teams.
