ORYA is a local Non-Profit organization dedicated to providing recreational programs to the youth of Durham, Lee, and Madbury. It is composed of a Director and Assistant Director, Interns throughout the year, a Board of Directors, and many important Volunteers. The programs that ORYA offers are inclusive, fair, diverse, and developmentally appropriate for those who participate in the programs. ORYA is dedicated to providing a supportive and progressive atmosphere to all those who interact with the association.  

The many programs offered through ORYA range from hockey to basketball, soccer to hip hop dance, yoga to track & field and more. These programs are supported through the invaluable Volunteers that give their time and care to each individual program. The Volunteers consist of current to previous collegiate athletes, parents, coaches and more, all of whom provide important services to the association. ORYA would not be the organization it is today without all the individuals and families who give their time, knowledge, and support to it.
