This 6 session course will give your child opportunities to practice bending twisting breathing and relaxing during each one hour long class. Our instructor will be encouraging the students to practice mindful movements and poses while teaching the basics of yoga to help open the heart and mind. The participants will be doing partner and leadership activities throughout the sessions, to create a fun and educational experience for the kids. The program has limited space available so sign up quick.
They will need:
-Water
-comfortable clothing (leggings or stretchy shorts/pants, we recommend wearing layers)
Mats will be provided.
