Hoop Jam 2024 is scheduled for August 10th & 11th at Linn-Benton Community College!

 Hoop Jam, a 3-on-3 street basketball tournament in Albany, Oregon. Hoop Jam is a great way to focus on youth, community building, and character development through an athletic venue. We anticipate over 3,000 players and families will be enjoying all that Albany has to offer during Hoop Jam. As is true for all of the Boys & Girls Club of Albany’s events and programs, the youth are the true benefactors. 

*Recreational - This level is designed for players that are recreational basketball players that don't play on competitive teams in their community.
*Moderate - This level is for players that play competitive basketball, typically on a B team or Silver division tournament team.
*Advanced - This is where kids that are A team/Gold division tournament teams compete to see who's the best of the best.

Please register your team accordingly. Playing down a division to dominate is NOT a positive experience for anyone!

There will be a max of 8 teams per division. In the event that we do not fill a division, combining divisions will occur. If the division is full and you are not able to register, please call or email us to get on the waitlist for one of the age divisions.

In order to register a team/teams for Hoop Jam, please follow these steps:

1. Login or Create a User Account
2. Click on Volunteer at the top of the page (You may be prompted to click another button that says Find Volunteer Roles.)
3. Click Select for the Hoop Jam program
4. Find the correct division(s) and click Sign Up  then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue.
5. Click Yes to proceed in creating your team.
6. In this step you will be able to appoint yourself or another user on your account as the head coach.
7. Please fill out the form including the team name in order to create your team.
8. You will then be taken to your cart where you will be able to pay the team fee.
9. Next select the participant you would like to add to your team and follow the process in order to add them to the team.

You should also be given the option to send an email to the other participants on your team that will give them a link to the registration page along with the team code they will need to register. (Check your spam/junk folder. These emails often go to those folders.)

Duplicate team names will not be accepted in the registration system. If your desired team name has already been registered by another team, you will have to select a different name. The Boys & Girls Club of Albany/Hoop Jam reserves the right to reject any name deemed to be inappropriate. Team names that have been rejected will be replaced by the listed coach's last name. (For example, if a team name has been rejected and the coach's name is Dave Miller, the new team name will default to Team Miller.)
