ALL volunteers must complete, return the DALLAS YOUTH BASKETBALL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION AND BACKGROUND CHECK FORM which includes a review for sex offender registries, child abuse and criminal history records. This includes RETURNING volunteers, even if completed last season.

 

Regardless of previous appointments as a volunteer, DYB IS NOT obligated to appoint any person to a volunteer position. DYB will contact all volunteers who have been selected for their positions.
