2020 CCALL ASAP Safety Plan
The Safety Plan provides information for coaches and league officials on how to keep players, coaches and parents safe! Mandatory reading for all coaches, in addition to attending a CALL safety/first aid training session.

Injury Tracking Form
Complete this form whenever there is a player or coach injury that requires medical attention (whether immediate or after) and return to the league Safety Officer (see the Board Member listing for contact info).
