U10+ Rec Soccer Program 

The Recreational Soccer Program promotes individual skill advancement playing a 7v7 format. Games and training are held at the Coon Rapids Soccer Complex and occasionally at Moor Park. Rec soccer, part of the Instructional Soccer Academy, is open to all children.  No experience necessary.

★ Open to ages 9 -18 years old

★ Recreational soccer matches

★ Designed for ALL kids to get on the field and play soccer games

★ Practices/scrimmages 2 nights a week

★ Promotes skills and advancement

★ Stresses basic soccer fundamentals

★ Each team will consist of a coach and 10-12 players (dependent on registration numbers)

★ Play a 7v7 format

★ Teams may be co-ed depending on registration numbers

★ Jersey shirt included

★ Shorts, cleats, shin guards and size 4 or 5 ball required (see Recreational FAQ for correct ball sizing)
