✮ CR United Soccer Club is completely run and operated based on our volunteers and club members. Every club member and volunteer is vital to the success of our club and program offerings. Below are club volunteer participation guidelines and expectations for each club family.

Recreational and Competitive Prep Program

• Two volunteer hours per family are required.
• Volunteer hours must be completed by the end of the registered session.
  • Mid-October for the fall session
  • July 31st for the summer session
• Volunteer hours are fulfilled in the concession stand, during tournaments, and/or other events hosted by CR United Soccer Club.
  

Competitive Program

• A $300 deposit check (maximum per family) is required. The deposit check will be shredded upon completion of the required volunteer hours. If volunteer hours are not completed by the time specified or arrangements with the volunteer coordinator are not made, the deposit check will be cashed in full.
• Six volunteer hours per family are required.
• Volunteer hours must be completed by July 31st of the registered session (August 1 - July 31).
  
• Volunteer hours are fulfilled in the concession stand, during tournaments, and/or other events hosted by CR United Soccer Club.

Additional Notes:

• Head/Assistant Coaches (either recreation or competitive), Team Managers, Board Members, and Committee Members do not need a deposit check or to complete other volunteer hours as these roles fulfill the volunteer requirements.
• Volunteer hours can be completed by a family member, relative, or friend on behalf of the player. Volunteers must be at least 16 to work in the concession stand.
  • Younger volunteers can be accommodated for certain other opportunities such as TOP Soccer
• Volunteer hours do not carry over from the previous season/registered year.
• Volunteers must complete their entire volunteer obligation in order to NOT have their volunteer deposit check cashed.
  • Partial completion of hours will not result in partial return of volunteer deposit and hours do not carry over to the next season.
• There will be no exceptions. Every family must submit a deposit check and accept the volunteer agreement during registration.
• Players will NOT be allowed to play until the deposit check and this signed volunteer agreement have been received (player passes will be suspended/inactivated).
• Volunteer opportunities will be posted via the SignUp.com website, and emails will be sent notifying families when volunteer opportunities become available. Please sign up for your hours online via the SignUp.com website.

Volunteer Documents

Each family will need to return a filled out volunteer agreement form for each soccer season (competitive soccer season includes fall and spring/summer seasons). A filled out form may be given to your team manager or coach with an attached deposit check.
