We will begin our 2021 spring/summer season practices next week (March 8th). No parents / spectators are allowed. This is all required by the Minnesota Department of Health3- For every practice you will need to complete the below form for your child. (on the day of the practice)MN State COVID Self-Assessment (Note:This must be done for each day coming to the facility).
