Josue has 17 years experience coaching youth soccer. He began with Real California in Camarillo, moved to France and coached there for a few years, before moving back to California and coaching in Newbury Park since 2015. In 2022, his G2009 team was a State Cup finalist. Josue has a US Soccer D license and also holds a French soccer U13 license.

Josue believes that success will come only with hard work. He tries to be creative in practice and is always looking for new drills. In addition to English, Josue also speaks Spanish and French. In his off time, Josue enjoys dancing, 80s music, and spending time with his two sons.

Personal training: In his training, players will work a lot and learn as fast as they want. Technique is priority with conditioning and a lot of repetition.
