Coach Experience:
I have been a soccer coach for 5 years in club and 2 years in AYSO. I was head coach for 3 years at ZeroGravity in Ventura CA for Girls 2013 and 2012 (two teams). I was assistant coach for 1 year at Sporting California Girls 2012 who played at a championship level. This Fall I was the assistant coach with Oaks FC Girls 2013, who took 2nd place for Division 2, before moving over to Newbury Park Elite Club to be the head coach of the G2013 Team.

Soccer philosophy:
First and foremost, players must play the game to have fun which I believe will create confidence in their skills. I want to teach my players an offensive style of the game, to improve their individual skills and at the same time work hard to be a cohesive group. We will concentrate on both phases of the game. Most importantly, when we get the ball building up from our goalkeeper and make safe passes to find the space and finishing with quick combinations. I am a firm believer in fundamentals and helping my players make good, quick decisions with precise passing and creating favorable odds (2v1 or 3v2) as we attack the goal.
