Coaching Experience
I have 9 years of coaching experience, including 7 years in competitive club soccer and 2 years with AYSO. I served as Head Coach at ZeroGravity (Ventura) for three years, coaching both Girls 2013 and Girls 2012 teams. I spent one year as an Assistant Coach with Sporting California (Ventura) Girls 2012, competing at a high championship level and one year as Assistant Coach for Oaks FC (Thousand Oaks) Girls 2013, where the team earned 2nd Place in Division 2. I have been at Newbury Park Elite Football Club for two year, as the Head Coach for the Girls 2012 team, where I currently lead player development and team growth.

Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is rooted in making the game fun, competitive, and confidence-building. I believe that when players enjoy the game, they grow faster both technically and mentally. I emphasize an offensive style of play that prioritizes individual skill development while fostering strong team cohesion.
We focus heavily on both phases of the game, with special attention to building out of the back from the goalkeeper, safe and purposeful passing, spatial awareness, and quick combination play in the attacking third. I am a firm believer in strong fundamentals, fast decision-making, and precise passing to create numerical advantages such as 2v1 and 3v2 situations as we attack the goal.
