Once the season starts, can I get a refund?

NO.  Once teams are formed, non-refundable 3rd party fees are paid out immediately.  This means uniforms, field permits and insurance, player insurance, charter fees, interleague fees (if applicable), etc. These are fees that will not be refunded to CHLL once paid.

PLEASE NOTE:  If your player is wait-listed and does not get placed on a team, you are eligible to receive a refund. 

If I have an issue, who should I contact to resolve it?

Citrus Heights Little League is run solely by volunteers, making it crucial to address issues promptly before they escalate. Often, a quick resolution is possible; it may be a matter of clearing up a misunderstanding or adjusting the presentation.

Parents or guardians are advised to initially address any concerns with their team's Manager.  Alternatively, they may consult their Team Rep, who will then notify the Manager.  If the concern pertains to the team Manager, or if it remains unresolved within a reasonable timeframe, the matter should be escalated to the VP of Divisions at [email protected]

Does Citrus Heights Little League have a confidentiality policy?

YES.   ALL volunteers who come into contact with sensitive and personal information about any member, are required to maintain confidentiality of all information.

CHLL only uses this information for its intended purpose.  Once the required information has been used for its official purpose, we're required to shred, delete, or securely dispose of such information when it is no longer needed, typically at the end of each season. 

I am a vendor interested in soliciting Citrus Heights Little League.  How do I approach the league?
