Flag Football Jr. NFL Fall League

Flag Football Program (Co-Ed & Single-Gender Divisions)
Our Flag Football program is open to both boys and girls, offering a fun and engaging introduction to the sport while reinforcing the Y’s core character values and promoting physical fitness.

Divisions:

  • Co-Ed Division: PreK 3 - U5
  • Boys Division: U6 - U12
  • Girls Division: U6 - U15

Program Details:

  • Game Format: 5v5
  • Team Size: Maximum of 10 players per team
  • Rules: Based on Jr. NFL Flag Football regulations
  • Team Formation: Teams will be organized by date of birth and school
  • Coach-Selected Teams: Coaches may bring in players to form a team
