Females In Flag Football Spring Free Clinic

A series of free camps for girls interested in playing flag football! Come and join the fun!
Females in flag football Free clinic programs teach girls football fundamentals, skills, and how to play in games. The programs are designed to introduce girls to the sport and help them improve their skills. 
Program features
  • Skill positions: Focus on skill positions like receiver, defensive back, running back, and quarterback 
  • Drills: Practice drills that cover different positions
  • Participants should bring a water bottle, shorts, t-shirt, and rubber cleats or tennis shoes
