Forest Hill Field Usage: Due to the abuse of Harford County facilities by private, commercial and external organizations, all field usage at Forest Hill Rec facilities is by permit use only. 

Forest Hill Baseball and Softball teams have been issued permits seasonally. Teams not affiliated with Forest Hill Rec are not permitted to use the facilities - no exceptions. 

Violators should be reported to the Sheriff's department, 410-838-6600, which will summon the Harford County Sheriff's Department to escort them off the field.
