SCAA Girls Fastpitch Softball

Welcome to Steele Creek Athletic Association's Softball site.SCAA is a non-profit association, operated by volunteers, and funded by SCAA participants and sponsors. SCAA dedicated to providing both recreational and competitive fast pitch softball programs for girls in the Steele Creek and surrounding area. Our goals are for girls to have fun, learn the importance of competing and participating on a team, develop good sportsmanship, and obtain a more rounded sense of well being.

Everything you ever wanted to know about coaching but were afraid to ask

Have you ever considered coaching fast pitch softball but didn't know how to get started? We will hold Softball Coaches Clinics during the registration period of each season. We will meet at the SCAA Community Building to go over everything you'll need to know to begin coaching. The SCAA Softball Commissioner and current/past coaches will be on hand to answer your questions and give their insights into coaching. Coaching softball can be a rewarding experience, and we want to help you get started on the right foot.

Registration Listing

2026 Spring Softball

SCAA Fastpitch girls softball plays in the Char-Meck Girls Softball League and plays against other local associations like Steele Creek. There is a 10 game regular season and a league tournament at the end of the season. The child's age as of August 31st, 2025 will determine the age division they will play in. Rookies: 6U /1st grade and under. Minors: 8U/2nd-3rd grade. Majors: 10U/4th-5th grade. MSU (Middle School): 13U 6th-8th grade. HSU (High School): 18U/9th-12th grade. Softball requires a copy of your child's Birth Certificate. It can be uploaded during your registration process.

Registrations not paid at time of registration will be automatically deleted, unless you are wait listed. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to register as soon as possible to avoid being placed on the waiting list!
