SYA Refund Policy:
Early and accurate registrations are critical for our sports programs to put together teams, for league registrations, to allocate appropriate resources, find coaches, and create schedules. However, we understand that situations sometimes arise that can prevent players from participating so we provide the following refund policy.
To request a refund for a sport registration fee the participant should e-mail the director for that sport.
A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
If SYA has already incurred costs for that player such as league registration fees those fees will be subtracted from the refund
Late registration fees will not be refunded.
No refunds will be given after the following dates. Requests must be in writing and made to the director before these dates.
Spring Sports including (Spring Travel Soccer, Spring Soccer Academy, Softball, Track & Field) on Feb 28th.
Fall Sports (Fall Travel Soccer, Fall Soccer Academy, Volleyball) on June 30th.
Winter Sports (Archery, In-house Basketball, Travel Basketball, Basketball Clinics, Wrestling, Soccer Clinics) on Oct 31st.
