Softball

Softball is offered for girls in grades 1-8. Grades 1/2 is coach pitch, grades 3/4 is a combination of coach and kid pitch, while grades 5/6 and 7/8 are kid pitch and they play in the Quabbin Valley Softball League.  We will also offer a competitive tryout team in grades 7/8 that plays in the NEYSA Softball League.   See below for additional information.

Due to COVID, there will be specific modifications that will be announced before the program starts in regards to play, required masks and limited spectators.

As we know people are eager to get outside and play some sports this spring, we are allowing them to play any number of our sports this year; however, your attendance at practices will impact playing time.  Please make every effort to communicate your schedule with the coaching staff.  It is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate schedule requests for individual players.  Please note as the kids get older, the number of games and practices increases making playing multiple sports more difficult.
