We must have at least 8 participants registered one week prior to the course date in order to run the program. If the program does not run we will issue a full refund.
*Please note that Babysitting Training Class & Kids Aid 911: CPR & Fire Aid Training are two complimentary but separate courses. If you would like your child to participate in both days/courses you will need to register for both programs.
Babysitting Training Course -Wednesday, February 19, 2025
We will be holding a babysitting training class in partner with Community Training Solutions for those in grades 5-12. The course will be held on Wednesday, February 19th. The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Program is a community education program that covers child safety and basic care techniques for infants and children. This course is designed for pre teens and teenagers who may be responsible for watching younger siblings, neighbors and relatives.
This program will teach the importance of responsibility, reliability, discipline, age appropriate activities, recognizing an emergency, emergency action steps, personal safety, fire safety, water safety, food safety, infant care and also basic first aid and choking management. We will also review marketing and learning to be assertive.
The attendee’s will receive a CABS Student Handbook
Attendee’s should be a drink, lunch, pencil, notebook or paper and any snack that they would like to consume during the class.

Kids Aid 911: CPR & First Aid Training -Thursday, February 20, 2025
Kids Aid 911 is a community education program especially designed for children who have competed the Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program, but the class is open to any child ages 11-15 that is interested in learning more about performing CPR and First Aid. This class will go into more depth regarding CPR and First Aid than the CABS Program did but still at a pace and level that is designed for children. This course is designed for pre-teens and teenagers who may be responsible for watching younger siblings, neighbors and relatives.
Attendee’s should be a drink, pencil, notebook or paper and any snack that they would like to consume during the class.
